Our client came to us having known us on a personal basis for many years, being very family orientated finding a trustworthy builder with similar interests and attention to detail was paramount.
Our clients brief was to ensure that the original character of the bungalow was maintained and the new additions were tastefully different to denote the addition of a new space whilst most importantly being functional. All elements where designed fully including specific bricks, mortar colour and windows and doors made by Velfac.
B R Baxter undertook the role of Main Contractor and completed the Project Management of the full project.

BR Baxter undertook the year-long comprehensive refurbishment of our chalet bungalow. A very personal project with the objectives of creating the functionality of a modern, long-term home whilst respecting the architectural integrity of the original structure. One that demanded both technical diligence and close attention to finishing details. I'm sure we weren't the easiest client and why communication and trust were essential to the successful outcome.
